Dutch Resistance Museum, Amsterdam
Since it's foundation in 1985, the collection at the Dutch Resistance Museum has become one of the largest collections in the Netherlands related to the occupation and the resistance movement in the years 1940-1945.
Many people who kept their tangible memories of the war years have donated these to the Dutch Resistance Museum for you to view and there is a recreation of the streets of Amsterdam as they would have been during the Nazi Occupation. Worth a visit for any student interested in modern history.
