Explore the Rembrandthuis Museum on your university or college trip to Amsterdam.

Housed in a 3-storey building, where the great master lived for almost 20 years between 1639-1658, the Rembrandthuis museum was opened in 1911.

It contains approximately 250 of his etchings, as well as paintings by Rembrandt’s teacher, Pieter Lastman and some of the painters who worked under the master in his studio.

Free demonstrations are given to groups detailing how he made his etchings and prepared his paints.
