The Natural History Museum is home to a vast variety of life and earth science specimens comprising some 70 million items.

Within five main collections, your students will learn about the intricacies of botany, entomology, mineralogy, palaeontology and zoology.

Many of the collections also have profound historical value as well as scientific relevance, including specimens collected by Charles Darwin.

You can also visit the high-tech Attenborough Studio to watch a 45 minute interactive film entitled 'Who do you think you really are? The interactive film involves the audience in uncovering the story of evolution by using large-screen projection, personal handsets and webcams.
