Commissioned by King Charles III's chief architect Sabatini in the 18th century and designed to transform the palace which Charles I had previously built, The Royal Palace of El Pardo is a magnificent structure.

The original courtyard still exists today and many of the rooms are decorated with tapestries by Goya and Baye and can be visited by Art groups.
