IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

We have now spoken directly with or emailed all of our groups which were due to travel before 31st December 2020 and our skeleton team of staff have endeavoured to reply to all incoming emails within a matter of days. We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and support during these unprecedented times. Many of our customers have chosen to move their trips to the next academic year – if you have trips pencilled into your school calendar please don’t delay in getting your provisional arrangements in place as we are already experiencing high demand for key dates and for our most popular tours.

If you have booked a tour with us or are planning a tour which will depart in the new academic year

We are following the FCO and government advice closely and as it continues to evolve. As a result, please be assured that we will take all the necessary steps to ensure your tour adheres to the Covid-19 advice on travel and social distancing for groups. We will work with you both before and during travel to keep you and your group safe. This will include providing advice on itinerary and visit changes, reassurances from suppliers on safety measures and updates from the STF and LOtC to ensure that you, your students and your parents all have peace of mind whilst enjoying valuable educational and well-being experiences.

During the summer break, our offices will be closed from 3rd to 21st August and our customer teams will be on leave. If you have any questions please get in touch with your usual contact via email, we will still be checking emails intermittently and responding to the very urgent ones as quickly as we can. For any customers requiring new quotations, please use our quote request form in the first instance. Our team will be ready to welcome you back to the academic year from Monday 24th August.
