Architecture trips to Berlin

Berlin has undergone huge changes since the reunification and the opening up of the eastern side of the city, illustrated in the contrast of infrastructure across its iconic skyline.

Students can embark on a range of educational visits in Berlin, from guided architecture tours to witnessing the iconic Reichstag building up-close, there is a rich collection of modern and historic sites to experience.

The Bauhaus Archive/Museum of Design is devoted to the research, presentation and influence of the Bauhaus; the most important school of architecture, design and art in the 20th century. This informative visit is home to the world’s largest collection of Bauhaus artefacts and features fascinating special exhibitions, lectures, workshops and concerts.

A visit to Berlin would not complete without witnessing the striking Brandenburg Gate, which has become an architectural symbol of the partition of Berlin, as well as a symbol of its reunification.
