We will guide you through the best accommodation, transport and study visit options for your student group trip, depending upon: the type of group, ages of participants, subject area, budget etc.
We will then send out a bespoke quotation for your student group based on your exact requirements i.e. group size, free place ratio, set departure date, air route etc.
2. Provisionally Hold With No Obligation
When you are happy with the arrangements in place, we will hold the reservation for a short time, where possible, for you to ascertain interest from the students. At this stage we can invoice you for deposits or full payment if within 8 weeks of travel.
3. Confirm Your Student Group Booking
Complete the booking form below, then once we have received your initial payment or authorised purchase order and booking form paperwork you can relax in the knowledge that your student group tour is in safe hands and your study tours consultant will be on hand to assist with any on-going changes or queries, which inevitably happen. With every change, you will be issued with an up to date statement of account confirming your numbers and all of your arrangements.
4. Final Documentation
Your final documentation includes a full itinerary with vouchers for all services, together with any tickets, will be forward approximately one month prior to your departure. This is subject to receiving all payments and tour documentation by the stipulated due dates.
