In light of the recent Government announcement we will be operating on a skeleton team on reduced hours with the office being manned Monday to Thursday. In order to stay in line with the guidelines many of our team will be working from home so phonelines will be closed. If you have any queries about your tour please get in touch with your usual contact by email and we will get back to you. If you wish to have a telephone conversation with your contact please arrange this by email. We are continuing to receive enquiries for and take bookings relating to travel in late 2021 and 2022. If you would like to receive a quotation please use our on-line Quote request forms.

You and your students don’t have to miss out on the unique experiences that a tour can create. We want to be as open, honest and informative as possible so that we can take the next step together to work on that long awaited educational tour, whether that be for a day in the UK or beyond. Either way you can plan with confidence.

We know that you, your students and your parents & carers will have a lot of questions before deciding to travel post-Covid-19. By way of reassurance, when you are ready to book your tour this year, you will receive the following safeguards.

Flexibility Promise

Free postponement within 12 weeks of departure

If you are planning a tour in 2021 or 2022, there will be less availability. This is due to the fact that we will only be working with suppliers who have agreed to fully comply with the new STF Covid-19 health & safety guidelines. Given that the guidelines require fewer numbers due to social-distancing restrictions, there will be a reduced number of available spaces. This is why we strongly encourage you to reserve spaces well in advance to avoid disappointment.  Given that the guidelines are ever-changing and you may be concerned about making a financial commitment, we are offering free postponement within 12 weeks of travel.

Financial Peace of Mind

Full refund if your tour is cancelled due to Covid-19

If as an educational Tour Operator we are liable for the cancellation of your tour, in the first instance we will offer you the chance to postpone and we will work through a series of suitable alternatives for you and your group.

Alternatively, if you are not able to postpone and as a Tour Operator we are liable for the cancellation, you will be issued with a refund credit note for the full value of your tour, which is financially protected by ABTA. If these options are not suitable for you and if we are liable under Package Travel Regulations, then we will arrange a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

You will be pleased to know that our trip with you, will be the first one, out of our many Easter trips, that we will have resolved fully and in a position to refund the parents! Please do thank all your team on our behalf! We are not currently booking future trips until at least the govt remove their advice for schools not to travel, but rest assured that we will certainly look to work with FHT again in future.
